National and International Outreach

Games-Florida will create a presence for Florida at the major national and international game development organizations and conventions. Because there are only a few national and international game development conferences worldwide, the presence of Florida at these conferences will help us bring our message of relocating development to Florida to the vast majority of companies presently involved in development world wide. Forward thinking states such as Maryland and Illinois have for the past several years had promotional booths at te Game Developers Conference held each March in San Jose. California is the premier game development conference worldwide. This national and international outreach will use Florida's existing assets, and the benefits obtained through the in-state outreach program to induce existing developers to relocate their operations to Florida.
